Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17/06/2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Peptide Direct website at peptide-direct.com and the purchase of products from Peptide Direct Ltd. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website or place any order with us.

1. About Us

Peptide Direct Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and principal place of business is at Waterwells Business Park, Kestrel Court, Waterwells Drive, Quedgeley, Gloucester GL2 2AT, United Kingdom. We also operate an EU office at Factory Berlin Mitte, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany.

You can contact us by email at info@peptide-direct.com or by telephone on +44 788 048 5232.

2. Wholesale Supply Only

Peptide Direct Ltd operates exclusively as a wholesale supplier. Our products are available only to commercial buyers — including registered businesses, licensed research institutions, clinical operators, distributors, and resellers. We do not supply individual retail customers or members of the general public.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate commercial or research entity, and not for personal use.

3. Buyer Eligibility and Vetting

All buyers are subject to a vetting and onboarding process before orders are accepted. We reserve the right to request documentation confirming the nature of your business, your intended use of our products, and your compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

  • The buyer does not meet our eligibility criteria;
  • The intended use of the products is not consistent with legitimate research or commercial purposes;
  • The buyer cannot demonstrate compliance with applicable local laws and regulations; or
  • The order presents a regulatory or reputational risk to Peptide Direct Ltd.

Refusal of an order at the vetting stage does not constitute a binding contract and no payment will be taken.

4. Intended Use of Products

All products supplied by Peptide Direct Ltd are intended exclusively for research and laboratory purposes. They are not approved for, and must not be used for, human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic purposes, or any therapeutic application.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You will use our products solely for legitimate research and laboratory purposes;
  • You will not resell our products to individual retail customers or members of the general public;
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction; and
  • You have obtained all necessary licences, permits, and approvals required to purchase, possess, and use the compounds you are ordering.

Peptide Direct Ltd accepts no liability for any use of its products outside of legitimate research and laboratory purposes.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

An order placed through our website or by any other means (email, telephone) constitutes an offer to purchase. No binding contract is formed until we issue a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order without liability.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details — including compound names, quantities, strengths, and delivery address — are accurate before submission. We cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied where applicable in accordance with UK and EU tax law.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed in writing at the time of order confirmation.

Payment terms are as agreed during your account onboarding. We reserve the right to withhold fulfilment of any order where payment has not been received in full and cleared funds.

7. Delivery

We will use reasonable endeavours to despatch orders within the timeframes indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We accept no liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

You are responsible for ensuring that your order complies with all import regulations and customs requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local levies are payable by you.

8. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Many of our products are temperature-sensitive and are despatched with appropriate cold-chain packaging. We accept no liability for deterioration in product quality resulting from:

  • Delays in delivery caused by the carrier or customs;
  • Failure by you to store products correctly upon receipt; or
  • Storage conditions at your premises that do not comply with the storage requirements specified on the Certificate of Analysis or product documentation.

9. Quality and Certificates of Analysis

All products are manufactured under GMP and ISO 9001:2015 certified conditions and verified by HPLC analysis to a minimum purity of ≥98%. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is supplied with every order confirming the purity result for that specific batch.

If you have concerns about the quality of any product you have received, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt, providing the batch number, CoA reference, and a description of the concern. We will investigate and, where a quality issue is confirmed, offer an appropriate remedy at our discretion, which may include replacement of the affected product or a credit note.

10. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products — research-grade biological and chemical compounds with strict storage and handling requirements — we are unable to accept returns in most circumstances. This is to ensure the integrity and safety of all products in our supply chain.

Orders may be cancelled prior to despatch by notifying us in writing. Once an order has been despatched, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued except where a confirmed quality issue has been established under clause 9.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide Direct Ltd's total liability to you in connection with any order or these Terms and Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of the order to which the claim relates.

Peptide Direct Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or special loss;
  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity;
  • Loss arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
  • Loss arising from misuse of our products or use outside of legitimate research and laboratory purposes; or
  • Loss arising from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Regulatory Compliance

The legal status of the compounds we supply varies by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that the compounds you are ordering are legal to purchase, possess, import, and use in your jurisdiction, and that you hold all required licences and permits.

Peptide Direct Ltd makes no representation or warranty regarding the regulatory status of its products in any jurisdiction outside the United Kingdom. We accept no liability for any regulatory breach arising from your ordering, importing, or use of our products in your jurisdiction.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and technical data — is the property of Peptide Direct Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

14. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website at any time without notice.

We make no warranty that this website will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to access, this website.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your order shall apply to that order. We recommend that you review these Terms and Conditions each time you place an order.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any order confirmation issued by us and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptide Direct Ltd in relation to your use of this website and the purchase of our products. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
